Student seminar registrations

Registration form for students and tutors

All tutors and students MUST be registered to the seminar.
Please make sure to return the completed forms for the student seminar before the registration deadline –
June 30, 2010.

Registration fees

Tutor registration fee includes

• student seminar
• 8 nights accommodation in a single room (Krystal Hotel) including breakfast
• seminar lunches
• dinners
• social program
• registration at the EASM conference including:
welcome cocktail party
conference dinner
closing party
• public transport pass
• full annual EASM membership and journal subscription

Student registration fee includes

• student seminar

Allocation of spaces

The organisation will try to accommodate as many students as possible, depending on the number of places available. Actual placement will be announced at the end of June 2010. Placement will be done in order of registration date.

The general rules of EASM suggest up to 5 students from one institute and 10 students from one country.

A confirmation letter will be sent after receiving your registration form and payment.
